YALI alumni have gone on to become leaders in their communities and countries. They have started businesses, founded non-profit organizations, and been elected to public office. YALDA’s impact reports also show that its programs have a positive impact on the lives of young people. For example, a study of YALI alumni found that they were more likely to be employed, earn higher incomes, and be involved in their communities than non-YALI alumni.
Programs and Initiatives of YALDA

Youth Leadership Program
The Youth Leadership Program is YALDA’s flagship program, which aims to develop the leadership skills of young people aged 18-25. The program includes a series of workshops, trainings, and mentorship opportunities, and culminates in a year-long leadership project that participants implement in their communities.
