Mentorship Programs
Yenching scholars are assigned a faculty mentor who provides guidance and support throughout their program. Mentors help students develop their research interests, navigate the academic landscape, and prepare for their future careers.
In addition, the academy offers a peer mentoring program that connects new scholars with more experienced students. This program provides a valuable support network and helps students adjust to life in Beijing and at Tsinghua University.
