Course Requirements, Yenching academy scholarship
The program requires students to complete a total of 36 credit hours, including:
- Core courses: 12 credit hours
- Elective courses: 18 credit hours
- Master’s thesis: 6 credit hours
Core courses provide a foundation in Chinese studies, including history, politics, economics, and culture. Elective courses allow students to specialize in a particular area of interest, such as public policy, international relations, or environmental studies.
