The emergency medicine rotation exposes students to the fast-paced and high-stress environment of the emergency department. They learn to assess and stabilize critically ill or injured patients, manage acute medical conditions, and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
Obstetrics and Gynecology
During the obstetrics and gynecology rotation, students participate in prenatal care, assist in deliveries, and gain experience in gynecological procedures. They learn to manage common obstetric and gynecologic conditions and provide comprehensive care to women throughout their reproductive years.
