Assigned Mentors
Each student in the Teacher Ready Program is assigned a mentor who serves as a guide throughout their journey. Mentors are experienced educators who have a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of teaching. They provide ongoing support, answer questions, and offer valuable insights into the teaching profession.
Through regular communication and feedback, mentors help students develop their teaching skills, navigate challenges, and build confidence in their abilities. This mentorship component is a valuable resource for aspiring teachers, providing them with personalized guidance tailored to their individual needs.
Virtual Support Network
In addition to the mentorship program, the Teacher Ready Program also offers a virtual support network for students. This network consists of fellow students, alumni, and program faculty who are readily available to provide assistance, share resources, and foster a sense of community.
