Reporting Requirements
Grantees are required to submit regular reports to the foundation, typically on a quarterly or annual basis. These reports should include information on the following:
- Progress towards achieving the grant’s goals and objectives
- Financial information, including expenses and income
- Any challenges or obstacles encountered
- Plans for future activities
Evaluation Process
The foundation uses a variety of methods to evaluate the impact of its grants, including:
- Site visits
- Interviews with grantees and beneficiaries
- Review of reports and other documentation
- Data analysis
The foundation also uses a logic model to track the expected outcomes of its grants and measure progress towards those outcomes.
