Preparing a Strong Application
To prepare a strong application, we recommend that you:
- Start early and give yourself plenty of time to complete the application.
- Carefully review the application requirements and make sure you meet all of them.
- Write a compelling personal statement that highlights your strengths and aspirations.
- Get strong letters of recommendation from teachers, counselors, or other adults who can speak to your character and abilities.
- Proofread your application carefully before submitting it.
Program Structure and Curriculum
The Eversheds Sutherland Scholars Program is designed to provide scholars with a comprehensive understanding of the legal profession and the skills necessary to succeed in it. The program is structured as a two-year program, with scholars completing a series of modules and workshops over the course of their time in the program.
