- Application ID: You’ll find this on the confirmation page after submitting the form.
- Passport Number: The passport number you used on the form.
Visit the DS-160 website and click on “Retrieve a Form.” Enter your Application ID and Passport Number to retrieve the form.
Making Changes to the Form
Once you’ve retrieved your form, you can make changes to the following sections:
- Personal Information
- Travel Information
- Security and Background Information
To make changes, simply click on the section you want to update and make the necessary edits.
