Applicants must submit letters of recommendation from healthcare professionals who can speak to their clinical skills, professionalism, and potential for success in the Nurse Midwifery Program.
4. Personal Statement
Applicants are required to submit a personal statement outlining their reasons for pursuing a career in nurse midwifery, their goals, and how they believe Baylor University’s program can help them achieve those goals.
5. Interview
Qualified applicants may be invited for an interview to further assess their suitability for the program. The interview provides an opportunity for the admissions committee to get to know the applicant better and evaluate their communication skills and commitment to the profession.
