Specialty Electives
Augusta University’s OT program offers a variety of specialty electives that allow students to explore specific areas of interest within occupational therapy. Fieldwork Placements: Bridging Theory and Practice

Level I Fieldwork
Throughout their time in the program, students participate in Level I fieldwork experiences. These experiences provide an opportunity for students to observe and assist occupational therapists in various practice settings. Level I fieldwork allows students to apply the knowledge they have gained in the classroom to real-world situations and gain a deeper understanding of the profession.
